By accessing or using Animiso ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Animiso provides a platform for freelancers and agencies to share project updates with their clients through unique, shareable links. The Service includes:

  • Project creation and management
  • Update posting with text and images
  • Public-facing client pages
  • Email notifications (where applicable)

3. Account Registration

To use Animiso, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Not share your account with others

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Post illegal, harmful, threatening, or offensive content
  • Violate any intellectual property rights
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Distribute spam, malware, or viruses
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

5. Subscription Plans

Free Plan

  • Limited to 1 active project
  • Unlimited updates within that project
  • Free forever, no time limit

Pro Plan ($3/month)

  • Unlimited projects
  • Unlimited updates
  • Billed monthly via Lemon Squeezy
  • Cancel anytime

Payment Terms

Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for partial months
  • Upon cancellation, you'll be downgraded to the Free plan
  • Your data remains accessible even after cancellation

7. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to the content you post on Animiso. By posting content, you grant us a license to store, display, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Our Content: The Service, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by Animiso and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

  • Your projects and updates are stored securely in our database
  • You can delete individual updates or entire projects at any time
  • Deleting your account permanently removes all your data
  • We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we cannot guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • That the Service will meet all your requirements
  • That all bugs or defects will be corrected

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Animiso shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
  • Service interruptions or data loss
  • Any damages arising from your use of the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Animiso harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Content you post on the Service

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Fail to pay for a paid subscription
  • Misuse the Service in a way that harms us or other users

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from your settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law
